A: When you shop with us, you can shop with complete confidence. We stand behind every product that we sell and we want you to be *delighted* with your purchase.
If you are not, just return the item to us within two weeks and we will refund the full purchase price of the item (which does not include the cost of shipping and handling).
If you do return something, please let us know why. We strive to create the most beautiful fetishwear available anywhere and your comments help us make our products even better. |

A: Absolutely! We keep all of our customer information absolutely confidential and will never share or sell customer information and all of our packages are shipped with discreet labeling.

| Q: Is it safe to give my Credit Card information? |
|
A: Absolutely. All checkout screens are located on secure pages so you can be sure your information is safe. You will not see the little lock in your browser window when you are just looking at items in our store but the secure pages will be there when you go to make you purchase. |

| Q: Do you take International orders? |
|
A: We are delighted to accept orders from overseas. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes on your order and we can not be responsible for any orders detained by customs.

| Q: Why is there a Login area to your store? |
| |
A: If you wish, you can set up an account with us when you visit. This will allow you to check the status of your orders, and will make it easier to place additional orders next time because you won't have to fill in most of the order information again once it is in our system.

| Q: What if I like a design but I don't want spikes/rings? |
| |
A: All of our items are hand crafted by us. If you are looking for a variation of one of our designs that you don't see on our site, Contact Us. If we have the materials needed to make your item, we can usually make a special one for you.

| Q: I saw a cool item here last time I visited, and now its not on the site. What happened? |
|
A: Part of our Joy in making these lovely items is the pleasure of working with new materials. We often find great materials with very limited availability. If we can't get more of the right material, any designs that used it become limited additions, and once they are gone, they are gone! We usually try to indicate this at the end of the product description, like you can see in our Vampire Collar designs right now. |

| Q: What if I buy something as a gift and I get the wrong size. |
| |
A: Just contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your item and then send the item back to us in excellent condition. We can usually resize it for you and if not, we will send you a fresh one in the size you need. We can even do custom sizing, usually at no extra cost depending on our cost of materials and their availability. |

| Q: Do you do custom work? |
| |
A: We spend so much time filling orders and creating our own new designs that we don't do custom orders except for variations on the basic designs on our site. We can add or take away rings, exchange spikes for rivets and do changes of that nature. Send us an email if you are looking for a custom variation. |

| Q: What does quantity available mean, and what if I want/need more of something than is listed? |
| |
A: Quantity Available actually lists how many of the relevent parts we have for a given design in stock, not how many are made and sitting on a shelf. Most of our items are actually made specifically to fill your order. If you ever need larger quantities of items for movies or special occations, drop us an email and we will let you know what we can do for you and how long it will take us. |

| Q: How long will it take to get my shipment out after you get my payment? |
| |
A: We we said above, we do usually make our items fresh, at the time your order comes in, but we pride ourselves on how quickly we get our orders out. In most cases your orders will be in the mail within 3 days of us getting your payment. |

| Q: I saw some neat things in your booth at a show and I don't see them on your site. Can I still order them? |
| |
A: A lot of times we may make something special just for fun, or may only have enough parts for one or two of the finished product so there are not enough for us to list them on the site. We bring these items to shows as a special treat for the folks that come to see us. Once they are gone, that's it! If you saw something special at a show, send us an email. If we still have it, we'll let you know, but as a general rule, if you see something at a show thats not on our site, snap it up! It might turn out to be a collectors item! |
